Subscription Coffee - No Surprises
How do Subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are simple. When you place your order you’ll tell us which coffee to send and how often to send it. We'll follow your instructions and send you great coffee every 2 or 4 weeks (your choice). We'll charge your card each time we ship.
Can I Make Changes to my Subscription?
Yes. You can make changes to any part of your order (quantity, coffee selection, grind, delivery frequency) anytime.
What's the Cancellation Policy?
If you want to cancel, you can cancel. Anytime.
We hope you won't, but if you decide that's what you want to do, you can. We're not trying to trick or bully you into buying coffee you don't want. We're trying to help you get the great coffee you do want.
We’ll send an email asking you to confirm your cancellation request. If you confirm that email, we won’t send you any more coffee and we’ll delete the details of your payment method. But we hope you won't.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes - it's possible to have more than one order - you might have one for your home, one for your office and one to send coffee to your mom. Because you're such a thoughtful kid.
Where are my subscription settings/preferences?
You can view your order history and active subscriptions if you're logged into our web site. Use the Manage Subscriptions link.
Can I pay for a year in advance?
Sorry, but not at this time. We currently offer only a pay-as-you-go service.
Do you accept Paypal?
Unfortunately, not at this time. But we’re working on it. Join our mailing list - keep up on our news and you'll know when PayPal becomes available.
Can I pay by check or over the phone?
Sorry, but not at this time.
Do you offer gift memberships?
Yes, thanks for asking - you’re obviously a thoughtful and caring person.
Coffee makes a great gift and we’re happy to help make that happen. Just create a new order and set the Shipping Address to the lucky recipient's address.
